Overview
Your Orphiq account holds all your personal, team, and billing details.
From here, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan, manage payment methods, and view invoices — all in one place.
Whether you’re an independent artist or managing a label team, your subscription controls access to features, data, and storage.
View or Change Your Plan
Go to Settings → Billing & Account.
Under Plan Details, review your current subscription level (Free, DIY, Pro, or Star).
Click Change Plan to explore available tiers.
Select your new plan and confirm your payment method.
Your account updates instantly, and unused credits roll over automatically when applicable.
Update Payment Information
In the same Billing & Account section, choose Payment Method.
Add or replace a card on file.
Verify your billing address for accurate invoicing.
Click Save Changes.
You can view receipts and download invoices from the Billing History tab anytime.
Manage Your Account Settings
Profile: Update your name, artist or company info, and profile image.
Login & Security: Change your password or enable two-factor authentication.
Notifications: Choose which updates you receive by email or in-app.
Connected Accounts: Review linked integrations like TikTok or Instagram.
Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel anytime:
Go to Settings → Billing & Account → Manage Plan.
Click Cancel Subscription.
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled according to the Orphiq Terms of Service.
Pro Tips
Use a business card for easy tax tracking.
Download invoices monthly for bookkeeping.
Enable 2FA for extra account security.
If your payment fails, update your card promptly to prevent service interruption.
