How to find your billing settings

Your plan and payments live in Settings, under Plan.

For artists

  1. Click your profile picture in the top right corner.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Under your workspace, click Plan.

  4. Click Manage.

Stripe opens in the same tab. There you can see your plan, change it, update your payment method, download invoices or cancel.

If your workspace is on the Free plan, the button says Choose a plan instead.

For industry professionals

Your passes are billed to you, not to the artist's workspace.

  1. Click your profile picture in the top right corner.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Under your account, click Your passes.

  4. Click Manage billing.

Don't see Manage?

Only Managers and Admins of a workspace can change its plan. Open Settings → Members & roles to see who they are, then ask one of them to make the change or to change your role.
