How to change or cancel your subscription

Change or cancel your plan anytime in Settings → Plan.

Change your plan

  1. Click your profile picture in the top right corner, then Settings.

  2. Under your workspace, click Plan.

  3. Click Manage. Stripe opens.

  4. Choose the new plan. Stripe shows what you'll pay before you confirm.

Only Managers and Admins of the workspace can change its plan.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Open Settings → Plan → Manage.

  2. In Stripe, choose to cancel and confirm.

What happens next:

  • You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you've paid for, and you aren't charged again.

  • Then the workspace moves to the Free plan. Your releases, notes, Context and Apollo history all stay.

  • You can subscribe again anytime from Settings → Plan.

Industry passes

Open Settings → Your passes → Manage billing to change or cancel a pass.
