How to change or cancel your subscription

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription anytime from Stripe.

๐Ÿ”ฎ Change your plan

  1. Click your profile picture (top right corner)

  2. Click Account Settings

  3. Click Workspace Management

  4. Click Manage next to "Workspace Billing & Subscription"

  5. In Stripe, click Update subscription

  6. Select your new plan and confirm

Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.


โœ–๏ธ Cancel your subscription

  1. Follow steps 1-4 above to open Stripe

  2. Click Cancel subscription

  3. Confirm your cancellation

What happens next:

  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period

  • Your workspace and all your data remain intact

  • You'll move to the Free plan with limited weekly Apollo access

  • You can resubscribe anytime to restore full access

To change or cancel your workspace passes:

  1. Click your profile picture (top right corner)

  2. Click Account Settings

  3. Click Industry Subscriptions

If you have an active subscription, you'll see an option to manage it through Stripe. From there, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your workspace passes.


๐Ÿ’ก Pro Tip

Canceling your subscription is not the same as deleting your account. Your work stays safe. If you want to permanently remove your account and data, see "How to delete your Orphiq account".
