How to delete your Orphiq account

Deleting your account permanently removes all your data. This cannot be undone. Looking to cancel your subscription instead? Your data stays safe when you cancel. See How to change or cancel your subscription.

⚠️ Before you delete

You must leave or delete all workspaces before you can delete your account.

To check your workspaces:

  1. Click your profile picture (top right corner)

  2. Click Account Settings

  3. Scroll to Delete Account and click to expand

  4. You'll see a list of workspaces you're a member of

For each workspace:

  • If you're not the only admin, you can leave the workspace

  • If you're the only admin, either make another member admin first and then leave, or delete the workspace entirely

Click Manage Workspaces to handle each one.

🔮 Delete your account

Once you've left or deleted all workspaces:

  1. Click your profile picture (top right corner)

  2. Click Account Settings

  3. Click Delete Account

  4. Click Delete My Account

  5. Confirm the deletion

What gets deleted

Everything associated with your account:

  • Your profile, credentials, and all account settings

  • All workspaces you created (and everything inside them)

  • Identity, Context, Vision boards, and Apollo history

  • Any active subscriptions (canceled immediately)

💡 Pro Tip

If you just need a break, consider canceling your subscription instead. You'll keep Free plan access and all your data stays intact for when you're ready to return.
