How to delete your Orphiq account

Deleting your account removes your profile and data for good. If you only want to stop paying, cancel your subscription instead.

First, leave or delete your workspaces

You can only delete your account once you're not in any workspace.

For each workspace, open Settings → Members & roles:

  • If someone else is an Admin, click Leave workspace.

  • If you're the only Admin, make someone else Admin first and then leave, or remove the other members and delete the workspace in Settings → Advanced.

Delete your account

  1. Click your profile picture in the top right corner, then Settings.

  2. Click Privacy & Data.

  3. Click Delete account.

  4. Confirm with Delete my account.

This can't be undone.

Cancel your subscription instead. Your workspace moves to the Free plan and your work stays. See How to change or cancel your subscription.
