When you first sign in, Orphiq asks whether you're an artist or work with artists, finds the artist, and asks a few questions. After that, the Finish workspace setup checklist shows what's left. You can do it in any order and come back anytime.
The checklist
Create the workspace. Done when you finish the first questions.
Describe the artist. Open Context → Identity and answer in your own words: why the artist makes music, where they've been, what shapes their sound. Write it yourself rather than pasting from another AI, so Apollo, Orphiq's AI music strategist, works from the artist's own words.
Set the goals. Context → Goals: what the artist wants from the next release and the next year.
Add the first release. Music → New, then pick Single, EP or Album. A working title is fine. See How to create a new release.
Analyze the vision board. Context → Vision board: add images that look the way the music feels (covers you love, photos, colors, film stills), then click Analyze (it needs at least 5 images) so Apollo can suggest visuals that fit.
Describe the music. Context → Preferences: how the artist works, the tools they use and how they like to show up online.
Connect your social accounts. Context → Connections. See How to connect TikTok and Instagram.
Invite the team. Settings → Members & roles. See How to invite team members to your workspace.
Updating it later
Everything in Context stays editable. When the artist's direction changes, update Identity, Goals or Preferences, or add new images to the vision board and analyze again. Apollo uses the latest version.
