How to connect TikTok and Instagram

Connecting your social accounts lets Apollo see what content resonates with your audience. It's not about posting for you - it's about giving you smarter insights.

πŸ“Š What connecting does

When you connect TikTok, Apollo can:

  • See your posts and engagement metrics

  • Identify which content performs best

  • Suggest posting times based on when your audience is active

  • Factor your social presence into release planning

What Orphiq cannot do:

  • Post, comment, or message on your behalf

  • Access your DMs or private messages

  • Make any changes to your account

  • Share your data with third parties

You stay in full control. Apollo just watches and learns.

🎡 Connect TikTok

TikTok integration is live and ready.

To connect:

  1. Click Context in the left sidebar

  2. Scroll down to Connected Platforms

  3. Click Connect next to TikTok

  4. TikTok will open and ask you to authorize Orphiq (if you're in a computer we recommend the QR sign in option)

  5. Review the permissions and click Authorize

  6. You'll be redirected back to Orphiq

Once connected, you'll see a green Connected badge. Click View Analytics to see your data.

What you'll see on TikTok's authorization screen: TikTok will show that Orphiq is requesting access to view your profile info and video insights. This is read-only access - Orphiq cannot post or modify anything.

πŸ“Έ Instagram

Instagram integration is coming soon.

We're working on it and will notify you when it's available. For now, you can still use Orphiq fully - Apollo will work with whatever context you provide.

πŸ”Œ Disconnect anytime

Changed your mind? You can disconnect at any time.

  1. Go to Context β†’ Connected Platforms

  2. Click Disconnect next to the platform

  3. Confirm the disconnection

Your historical data in Orphiq will remain, but Apollo will no longer receive new insights from that platform.

πŸ’‘ Pro Tip

Connect TikTok early in your setup. The more data Apollo has about what's working, the better it can help you plan content around your releases.
