👥 Who can you invite
Anyone with an email address can be invited. When they accept:
If they don't have an Orphiq account: They'll create one (free) to access your workspace
If they have an Industry Subscription: They can use one of their workspace passes to join with edit access
If they're a free user: They'll have view-only access unless you have a seat available on your plan
Seats by plan:
Free / DIY: Just you (no team seats)
Pro: 1 artist + 3 team members
Star: 1 artist + 12 team members
Need more seats? Upgrade your plan or have team members subscribe to their own Industry plan.
✉️ Send an invite
Click your profile picture (top right)
Click Account Settings
Click Workspace Management
Click Invite Member
Enter their email address
Select their role (see below)
Click Send Invite
They'll receive an email with a link to join your workspace.
🎭 Roles explained
Role | What they can do |
Admin | Full access: edit everything, manage members, access billing |
Manager | Edit projects, Identity, Context, and mood boards; chat with Apollo |
Viewer | See everything but can't edit; limited Apollo access |
Choose the role that matches what you need them to do. You can change roles later.
🔮 You stay in control
As the workspace owner, you can:
Change anyone's role at any time
Remove team members whenever you need to
See who's in your workspace and what role they have
If you claimed your workspace by linking your Spotify artist profile, ownership is locked to you. No one can take it.
🔌 Remove a team member
Go to Workspace Management
Find the member in the list
Click Remove next to their name
Confirm the removal
They'll lose access immediately. Any work they contributed stays in the workspace.
💡 Pro Tip
Working with a manager who handles multiple artists? They can get their own Industry Subscription, which gives them edit access without using your plan's seats. Ask them about Industry, Specialist, or Executive plans.
