Orphiq plans and pricing

Orphiq has two pricing structures: one for artists and one for industry professionals (managers, labels, agencies). They work differently depending on how you use Orphiq.

๐Ÿ”ฎ Artist Plans

Artist plans unlock features and team seats. You pay for your workspace, and your team joins you.

Plan

Price

What's included

Free

$0

Limited weekly Apollo access, 1 workspace, no team seats

DIY

$37/mo

Unlimited Apollo, full features, no team seats

Pro

$97/mo

Everything in DIY + 3 team seats

Star

$397/mo

Everything in Pro + 12 team seats

Free trials: Paid artist plans include a free one-week trial with unlimited access.

What's a seat? A seat lets you invite someone to your workspace with edit access. Viewers don't require seats.

๐Ÿ’ผ Industry Plans

Industry plans give you access to multiple artist workspaces. You're not paying for features - you're paying for how many artists you can work with.

Plan

Price

What's included

Free

$0

View-only access to workspaces you're invited to, limited Apollo

Industry

$37/mo

Edit access to 1 workspace, unlimited Apollo

Specialist

$157/mo

Edit access to 5 workspaces, unlimited Apollo, priority support

Executive

$397/mo

Edit access to unlimited workspaces, unlimited Apollo, enterprise support

How it works: When an artist invites you to their workspace, you use one of your "passes" to join with edit access. Free industry users can join as viewers without using a pass.

Who owns the workspace? The artist, always. Industry professionals get access, not ownership.

๐Ÿค How Artist + Industry plans work together

Common scenarios:

Solo artist, no team: โ†’ Artist on Free or DIY. No seats needed.

Artist with a manager: โ†’ Artist on Pro (includes 3 seats). Manager joins using one of those seats. OR Manager has their own Industry plan and uses a pass.

Manager with 10 artists: โ†’ Manager on Specialist ($157/mo for 5 workspaces) or Executive ($397/mo for unlimited). Each artist can stay on Free.
