๐ฌ Just start talking
Apollo already knows about you from your Mythos (Identity, Context, Vision board) and your projects. You don't need to re-explain who you are every time.
Ask questions the way you'd ask a manager or collaborator:
"What should I focus on this week?"
"Help me plan my next release"
"I'm stuck - what's the next step?"
If you're not sure where to start, check the Quick Start prompts in the Apollo panel. They're designed to get you moving.
๐ฏ What to ask Apollo
Release planning
"Build a timeline for my single dropping [date]"
"What should I be doing 4 weeks before release?"
"When should I start teasing this project?"
Content ideas
"Give me 5 content ideas for this release"
"What should I post this week?"
"Write some caption options for my announcement"
Creative direction
"Look at my mood board and tell me what you see"
"How does this release connect to my overall brand?"
"What's the story I should be telling with this project?"
Career and strategy
"Should I release an EP or a series of singles?"
"Help me prepare talking points for my label meeting"
"What should I prioritize right now?"
Day-to-day
"What's the most important thing I should do today?"
"I'm feeling stuck - help me figure out what's next"
"Review my setup and tell me what's missing"
โจ Getting better answers
Apollo works best when you give it context. Compare:
Vague: "Give me content ideas" Better: "Give me content ideas for my single dropping March 15. It's a moody, introspective track."
Vague: "Help me with my release" Better: "Help me figure out what to post in the 2 weeks before my album drops"
You don't need to be formal or write long paragraphs. A sentence or two of context goes a long way.
๐ Keep the conversation going
Apollo remembers what you talked about in the current conversation. You can:
Ask follow-up questions: "Tell me more about that second idea"
Push back: "That doesn't feel right for my brand - try again"
Refine: "Make it shorter" or "Give me more options"
Treat it like a real conversation, not a one-shot query.
๐ฎ What Apollo knows about you
Apollo pulls from:
Identity - Why you make music, who it's for, your creative values
Context - Your genre, tools, content preferences, work style
Vision board - Your visual identity and aesthetic
Projects - Your releases, their mood boards, their stories
The more complete your Mythos, the less you need to explain in each conversation. Apollo already has the context.
๐ก Pro Tip
Don't overthink it. Apollo is built to understand natural language. If your first question doesn't get a great answer, just rephrase or give more context. There's no wrong way to ask.
