How Orphiq uses your social data

What Orphiq can see when you connect your social accounts, what Apollo, Orphiq's AI music strategist, does with it, and what Orphiq can never do on your account.

What Orphiq can see

When you connect your social accounts, Orphiq can access:

  • Your public posts

  • View counts, likes, comments, shares

  • Follower and following counts

  • When your posts were published

  • Basic profile information (name, bio, profile picture)

This is the same information anyone can see by visiting your public profile. Orphiq pulls it in so Apollo can analyze it for you.

What Apollo does with it

Apollo uses your social data to:

  • Identify what's working: which posts get the most engagement, and which themes resonate

  • Inform content strategy: what to post more of, and less of

  • Connect to releases: how to use your social presence for your next release

The goal is to help you make smarter decisions about content, not to automate or replace your creative choices.

What Orphiq cannot do

Orphiq requests read-only access. This means we can't:

  • Post content to your accounts

  • Comment on posts (yours or anyone else's)

  • Send direct messages

  • Follow or unfollow accounts

  • Edit your profile or bio

  • Delete anything

We don't have those permissions. We didn't ask for them. Your accounts stay fully under your control.

Your data stays yours

We do not:

  • Sell your social data to anyone

  • Share it with anyone beyond the services that run Orphiq

  • Use it to train AI models

Your social data is used only to improve your experience inside Orphiq. That's it.

Disconnecting

If you change your mind, you can disconnect anytime:

  1. Go to Context → Connections.

  2. Open the platform card's menu and choose Disconnect.

  3. Confirm.

Orphiq stops pulling new data from that platform.

Tip

The more Apollo has on what's working for you on social, the better it can help you plan content around your releases. Connect early, so Apollo has more to work from.
