What stays
Everything in the workspace: releases and ideas, notes, files, Context (vision board, identity, goals, preferences), connected accounts and your Apollo history. Nothing is deleted.
What changes
Apollo goes back to the Free plan's monthly limit.
The workspace keeps one seat that can edit, so other team members become Viewers. Collaborators move first, then Managers, and Admins last.
Team members who have their own industry pass keep editing.
When you subscribe again, open Settings → Members & roles to give people their roles back.
When it happens
At the end of the period you've paid for. You keep your paid plan until then, and you aren't charged again.
If you're on an industry pass
When a pass ends, you can still view the workspaces you were editing, but you can't edit them until you have a pass again.
Coming back
Open Settings → Plan and choose a plan. Your work is where you left it.
