What happens when your subscription ends

Your data stays safe. When your paid subscription ends, you move to the Free plan - you don't lose your work.

โœ… What stays the same

All your data is preserved:

  • Your Identity, Context, and Vision board

  • All your projects, mood boards, and release plans

  • Your Apollo conversation history

  • Your connected platforms (TikTok, etc.)

Nothing is deleted. Your workspace stays exactly as you left it.

๐Ÿ”„ What changes

On the Free plan, you'll have:

  • Limited weekly Apollo conversations (instead of unlimited)

  • No team seats (collaborators will lose edit access - see below)

  • Full access to view and edit your own content

You can still use Orphiq, plan releases, and update your Mythos. You just won't have unlimited Apollo or team features.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ What about team members?

If you're on Pro or Star and your subscription ends:

  • Team members using your seats lose edit access - They may be downgraded to Viewers or lose access, depending on your workspace settings

  • They can still view the workspace if they remain as Viewers

  • Industry members with their own subscription - Keep their full access (they're paying separately)

When you resubscribe, you can restore their roles and access.

โฐ When does this happen?

Your paid access continues until the end of your billing period. If you cancel mid-cycle:

  • You keep full paid features until the period ends

  • You're not charged again

  • On the last day, you move to Free

No surprises. No immediate cutoff.

๐Ÿ”ฎ Coming back

Resubscribing is easy:

  1. Go to Account Settings โ†’ Workspace Management

  2. Click Manage to open Stripe

  3. Choose your plan and reactivate

Your data is waiting. Pick up right where you left off.

๐Ÿ’ก Pro Tip

If you need to pause but aren't sure for how long, just let your subscription end. Your workspace stays intact on the Free plan. There's no penalty for taking a break and coming back later.
