๐Ÿ› Report a bug

The fastest way to report a bug is with a Jam recording. Jam captures your screen so we can see exactly what's happening - no lengthy explanations needed.

To report with Jam:

  1. Go to jam.dev and install the browser extension (or use their web recorder)

  2. Click the Jam icon when you encounter the bug

  3. Record your screen showing:

    • What you were trying to do

    • What went wrong

    • Any error messages that appeared

  4. Submit the recording

  5. Share the Jam link with Lyra (our support chat)

Jam recordings help us fix issues much faster.

If you can't use Jam:

Reach out in Lyra using the chat icon in this screen with:

  • What you were trying to do

  • What happened instead

  • Screenshots if possible

  • Your browser and device (e.g., Chrome on Mac)

We'll follow up if we need more details.

๐Ÿ’ก Request a feature

Have an idea for something Orphiq should do? We want to hear it.

To submit a feature request:

Message feature ideas to Lyra in the support chat and let us know:

  • What you'd like Orphiq to do

  • Why it would help you

  • Any details about how you imagine it working

We read every request. While we can't build everything, user feedback directly shapes our roadmap.

๐Ÿ”ฎ What happens next

For bugs:

  • Our team reviews incoming reports regularly

  • Jam recordings get prioritized (we can start investigating immediately)

  • We'll reach out if we need more information

  • Critical bugs get addressed first; smaller issues go into our queue

For feature requests:

  • We log every request

  • Popular requests bubble up in our planning

  • We can't promise timelines, but we do pay attention

๐Ÿ’ฌ Quick access

  • Lyra (support chat): Click the chat bubble in the bottom right

  • Jam: jam.dev

๐Ÿ’ก Pro Tip

Even small bugs are worth reporting. Something that seems minor to you might be affecting other users too. Every report helps us make Orphiq better.
