How to edit or delete a release

Rename a release, change its format, or delete it for good.

Open the release from Music. Most details are edited right where they live, on each tab (for example the release date in Strategy).

To rename it or change its format (Single, EP or Album), click Release settings in the release header. For an idea, the button is Idea settings.

Delete

Deleting removes the release and what's in its tabs. It can't be undone.

  1. Open the release and click Release settings.

  2. Under Danger zone, click Delete project.

  3. Type the release's name to confirm, then delete.

Only people who can edit the workspace (Collaborators, Managers and Admins) see this option.

Save anything you want to keep, like artwork or notes, before you delete.
