If it fails
Check the file type and size against the table.
Try a smaller file. For audio, an MP3 is much smaller than a WAV.
Check your connection; large files need a steady one.
Refresh and try again, or try another browser.

Click your profile picture, then Contact Support. Tell us where you were uploading, the file type and size, and any error you saw. A screenshot helps.
