Orphiq uses industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Your account is protected by secure authentication, and we regularly review our security practices.
🚫 We don't train AI on your data
Apollo uses your Identity, Context, Vision boards, and projects to give you personalized recommendations - but that data stays yours.
We do not use your personal data to train AI models. Your creative work, your music, your answers, your mood boards - none of it is used to improve models for other users or sold to third parties.
👁️ You control who sees your workspace
Your workspace is private by default. Only people you invite can see what's inside.
You choose who to invite
You choose their role (Admin, Manager, Viewer)
You can remove anyone at any time
If you claimed your workspace by linking Spotify, you're the permanent owner. No one can take that from you.
🔗 What about connected platforms?
When you connect TikTok (or Instagram when available), Orphiq requests read-only access to your public posts and engagement metrics. We can't post, message, or modify anything on your behalf.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Orphiq doesn't store your credit card details.
🗑️ You can delete your data
If you want to leave Orphiq, you can delete your account and all associated data. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
